A FIRE broke out at a hotel in Wirral this morning.
It happened in the ground floor kitchen of Dibbinsdale Hotel on Dibbinsdale Road and involved an industrial deep fat fryer.
There was heat damage to the fryer and the kitchen was lightly damaged by smoke.
Firefighters were called out just after 7.40am and were there for around 15 minutes.
